Have you every been cooking and had chicken juice all over your hands and needed to open up the garbage door? This very scenario has happened to me many o times. We decided that this must be fixed not only to protect ourselves from salmonella but also to keep our cabinets and knobs cleaner. This was a very simple fix.
Our supplies included one home depot brushed stainless pull and a drill. Cost about $2.00. The process was also fairly simple and took less than 10 minutes. David measured and made sure the knob was centered. He then drilled holes and installed the pull. I then tested it out and it worked great!
